Kahan Hukuk Danışmanlık is a Turkish law firm founded by attorney Gökay Kahan, practising in family, criminal, enforcement, inheritance, insurance and real estate law. Gökay Kahan is the founder of Kahan Hukuk Danışmanlık. Their practice focuses on dispute resolution, principally in family law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, inheritance law, and title deed cancellation and registration actions.
In managing a file they place emphasis on setting out the client's legal position realistically from the outset and on running the process transparently through written reporting. They work in both Turkish and English.
